We carefully prepare each order within 24 hours and ship it from Port Moody, BC. Your slippers usually arrive within 1–5 business days depending on your location.

Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

You can return or exchange your Lainea slippers within 3 weeks of purchase, as long as they’re clean and in like-new condition.
If you need a different size, simply place a new order, we’ll refund your first pair once it’s back with us.
For defective or damaged slippers, we’ll take care of everything, including shipping.
